SIZE GUIDE

RINGS

It is important to choose the right size from the beginning in order to avoid additional resizing which in many of our designs is not possible and requires a complete new production of the order. It is the full responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct ring size when placing the order.

There is a certain degree of subjectivity to the question of what is the right size. Some people like to wear rings tighter than others. If you have doubts about selecting your size, please contact us and we will gladly assist you further.

The best way how to measure your Ring Size

VISIT A LOCAL JEWELLER

The best and most secure option is to visit a local jeweller and measure your intended ring finger personally.

We are happy to provide this service for you, if you happen to be in Ibiza, don’t hesitate to contact us.

*Please, read the additional tips below that you need to bear in mind.

Alternative way how to measure your Ring Size at home

MEASURE A RING YOU ALREADY OWN

If you own a ring that fits you well, measure the inner diameter of it.
Please follow carefully these instructions:

  1. Choose a ring that fits you perfectly on the finger on which you are planning to wear the new ring.

  2. A round, regular, narrow band serves the best for this purpose. *Like a wedding band e.g.

  3. Place a ruler over the ring or measure the inner diameter with a calliper, exactly as shown on the example below.

  4. Take a picture directly from the top and send it to us by email.

*OTHER METHODS

Based on our experience, we do not recommend other ways of measuring the ring size by yourself. Methods like e.g. placing a ring on a printed size chart or wrapping a ribbon around the finger often show inaccurate and misleading results.

Tips for measuring your Ring Size CORRECTLY

  • CHOOSE THE RIGHT FINGER

Always measure the specific finger on which you are planning to wear the new ring.
Remember that all fingers have different sizes. If you are right-handed the fingers will be most likely larger on your right hand than on the left hand and vice versa. It is a small but noticeable difference.

  • MEASURE YOUR FINGER IN NORMAL TEMPERATURE ENVIRONMENT

In hot weather the fingers tend to get slightly swollen, which increases their size. On the contrary, in the cold temperatures the fingers shrink. Therefore we recommend to avoid extreme temperature conditions while measuring your finger.

  • ALLOW A BIGGER SIZE FOR A WIDER RING

The wider a ring is, the tighter it will feel.
When measuring your finger size, if possible, use a ring of a similar width to the ring you plan to buy. The size of a thin ring is not a reliable reference for a wide ring.

*E.g., if your usual size is 55 (in European scale = inside circumference) then by a narrow ring like Little Pleasures you would stay with the size 55. But for a wider ring like e.g. Radiant Memories it is advisable to add a full ring size to allow room for movement, in this case we would choose the size 56.

  • OPEN RINGS ARE ADJUSTABLE

Open rings like e.g. the Kissers are slightly adjustable. You can carefully pull apart or squeeze the ring to adjust the fit, but it only gives you a small room before it starts affecting the look of the ring.

  • KNUCKLES

It is common for many people to have more prominent knuckles. In those cases, when you slide the ring sizer on, it should fell tight when passing the knuckle but fit properly once it is at the base of your finger.

COMPLEMENTARY RESIZES

If you receive your new ring and the size doesn’t feel right, please contact us. Even though we do not offer an additional resizing, we always try to find the best individual solution. Ultimately, we wish that you are happy with your jewellery and that it is actually worn and not only admired.
